Marco Pozzi has over thirty years of experience in strategic consultancy, having worked for McKinsey&Co and The Boston Consulting Group, where he was CEO of the Italian branch. As a consultant and Senior Advisor he contributed first hand to the creation and globalization of major Italian industrial groups. Exceptionally ahead of his time, in the late 1990s he became one of the first to explore the potential of e-commerce. During his work at ContactLab he has continued to focus on the digital world, bringing a strategic consultancy approach to bear on digital, with particular regard to clients within the Fashion & Luxury sector. He was the creator of the Digital Frontier, Digital Competitive Map, Online Purchasing Experience, and Online Offer Dive & Pricing Landscape series of Reports, which continue to bring digital to the forefront among Shareholders, Top Management and Sector Analysts. He holds an honors degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and an MBA from New York’s Columbia University.
