Responsible manager for marketing of bonprix e-commerce activities in Russia, including the areas of

- Development of market strategy and setting up the framework for its implementation (via OKRs etc.)
- Management of 3 teams ~25 people based on 3 sites (both in Germany and Russia)

Sales Analytics and Operations:
- Planning, steering and controlling of sales, customer file, marketing budgets
- Customer segmentation and selections
- Cross-border supply chain management
- Steering of logistical fulfilment, call center activities and distribution logistics

Marketing Channels:
- CRM activities and push marketing
- Media campaigning
- Local social media and influencer marketing
- Steering of performance marketing activities
